I contacted Kinshasia to transcribe several interviews I had conducted for public health research on chronic illness and mental health. The subject matter of the interviews was highly specific and included a large degree of medical jargon. Kinshasia was immediately able to give me quotes for the transcription and was very transparent about her process.
